I was struck by the personal aura of this artist: Alexandra Luiceanu truly radiates. — Alain Duault
Reputed for her virtuosic, expressive, and colorful playing, she was revealed to the general public in 2019 with her first solo album titled MATRIOCHKA (Evidence Classics label). The success it received from both the public and critics led to it being the only harp album nominated for the 2020 International Classical Music Awards and to receiving the "Clef d'Or" from ResMusica.
Regularly featured in the media (BBC Radio, France Musique, Radio Classique, RTBF, Mediapart), she performs as a soloist worldwide.
In 2024, she performs in the Concerto for Harp by R. Glière before over 60,000 people on the legendary stage of the UN VIOLON SUR LE SABLE festival (Royan).
In 2022, she founded the FESTIVAL PIZZICATO in Abbeville, where she also serves as artistic director.
Her passion for human adventure and sharing is reflected in her interest in chamber music.
She also founded the ensemble Les Anges Vagabonds in 2017, which was selected the following year by Ateliers Medicis and the Ministry of Culture for the "Création en Cours" program.
In 2022, she formed a duo with virtuoso violinist Yukki Wong.
She has recorded several film scores (including Les Boules de Noël with Kad Merad and La Promesse Verte with Alexandra Lamy) and is regularly invited to collaborate with prestigious jewelry and haute-couture brands such as Van Cleef & Arpels, Chaumet, Fendi, Karl Lagerfeld, Sotheby’s, and Maison Valentino.
Her deep love for teaching led her to earn the Certificat d'Aptitude to teach harp and be appointed as a harp teacher at the CRR of Lille and a didactics professor at the ESMD of Lille.
Graduated from the CNSMD of Lyon and Paris and holding two Licenses and two Masters, Alexandra benefited throughout her career from the teachings of renowned professors such as Fabrice Pierre, Christine Icart, Ghislaine Petit, and Frédérique Cambreling.
She is the winner of the Music & Stars Awards and the International Léopold Bellan Competition, and also a laureate of the Fondation Banque Populaire.
